Neurodiverse Affirming Therapy
The terms “neurodiverse or neurodivergent” are used to describe the different ways that our brains work.
I understand that there is diversity in the ways that individuals perceive and interact with the world around us. I believe in taking an accepting and flexible approach in helping individuals better understand the ways that they process the world and implement skills to help improve mental and emotional struggles, better advocate for their needs, and grow healthy connections with others.
I have extensive experience in working with individuals with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and Learning or Intellectual Disorders.
