Individual Psychotherapy
I like to take an open-minded, client centered approach in my individual work with clients. I collaborate with individuals to help them better understand their long term or short term needs and goals. In working with you, my main intention is to help improve your mental and emotional health, day to day life and overall well- being.
I have experience in treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Stress, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions and more. I utilize various therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Somatic Centered approaches.
